The SWALLOW charity has raised more than £1,000 in sponsorship by running a year-long cycling project.
The project supported SWALLOW’s members to take part in accessible cycling, with the aim of helping local teenagers and adults with learning disabilities to lead fit and healthy lifestyles.
The culmination of this project was a sponsored cycle ride where more than £1,000 was raised for the charity.
More than 30 people took part, including SWALLOW charity members, members of the Connections Day Service and many supporters.
The event was supported with funding from the Bath Half Marathon fund and All Cycle Bath and West and the Active Way.
Participants were able to receive medals, certificates and oat bars donated by the Radstock Co-operative for their efforts.
