Bath and North East Somerset Council has issued a temporary road closure for Branch Road, Hinton Charterhouse.

The Council warns motorists that the length of Branch Road, from its junction with B3110 High Street extending northeast to a point outside Baileys Barn, will be closed from the May 14 for a maximum period of seven days, though it’s anticipated to be closed for two.

The road closure is in place so enable Wessex Water can make two interim reinstatements in the carriageway/footway permanent.

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position between 9:30am and 3pm.
