CHEW Valley will be chasing their first win of the rugby season in Regional One South West they play away to Marlborough on Saturday, November 9.

Valley have lost all seven of their league matches and are eight points adrift at the bottom of the table. Ninth-placed Marlbrough are also not enjoying the best of seasons, having only won only two of their fixtures this season.

In their last match Valley put up a spirited fight at home to Ivybridge before losing 43-35 - which was a crucial game for both sides.

Launceston are the current leaders, and have a one-point lead over second-placed Exmouth.

Chew Valley IIs, lying ninth in Somerset Two South with three wins from seven matches, have a home game against Wells who are bottom with only three points this season.

They have lost all seven of their fixtures and have a points deficit of -183.

Midsomer Norton are the leaders of this division, having won six of their seven fixtures. They are five points clear of second-placed Clevedon who are away to Oldfield Old Boys.
