Eleven teams eagerly hit the Wells Golf Club fairways on Friday, September 20 for the Rotary Club of Midsomer Norton & Radstock Annual Charity Golf Day.

Club President, Debby Huxham appreciated the enthusiasm of the players and the generous sponsorship received from companies throughout the area, not to mention the hard work of the fundraising fommittee and members of the club who came along to assist and support on the day, and of course, Wells Golf Club for being such terrific hosts.

Trophies were awarded by Debby to the winning team, Fairway Friends, consisting of Rosie Brown, Lena Warren, Chris Lindley and John Ward. Rotary charities and Different Strokes benefited from the day.
