Prattens Bowls club members braved the snow on Saturday morning to enjoy the Farmers’ Market - and try to recruit some new members.

Among those sampling the treats on offer was Midsomer Norton Mayor Gordon Mackay.

And bowls club member Phil Chambers didn’t miss the opportunity to give the mayor some bowling tips!

Members hope that some of the people they spoke to will follow up their interest and come along when green opens on Saturday, 13th April at 2pm with what they all expect to be better weather.
