MUCH-IMPROVED Chew Valley will be chasing their fifth successive rugby victory when they play away to Lydney in Regional One South West this coming Saturday, March 1.
Valley have not lost a game since they slumped 58-12 away to leaders Brixham at the beginning of the New Year.
Although they remain second from bottom, Valley are only three points behind the next placed side Marlborough, with both teams having played the same number of fixtures.
Brixham, who have a one-point lead at the top of the table, play away to Matson, while second-placed Barnstaple are away to Sidmouth. Marlborough entertain Exmouth who are just tucked in behind the top two.
All teams in the division have now played 18 matches - with only four fixtures remaining.
