A Bath and North East Somerset takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Yo! To Go!, a takeaway at Tesco Stores Limited, 3 Bristol Road, Keynsham, Bristol was given the score after assessment on May 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 106 takeaways with ratings, 41 (39%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
