Following a very successful cake sale last month, the St. John’s Primary School Rotakids decided they would like to donate their earnings to the Silver Street Nature Reserve, a beautiful woodland and meadow tucked into the Midsomer Norton landscape.
A £155 cheque was personally presented by the Rotakids to Secretary Lucy Edwards and Treasurer Edna Wildigger, who received the cheque on behalf of the Silver Street Nature Reserve. The money will be used to provide a bench within the Nature Reserve.
RotaKids is an exciting way for children aged 7-12 to make friends and get involved with activities in the community. For more information, email: [email protected]
