Paulton Amateur Dramatics Society are a local theatre company for everyone. The group has been entertaining the residents of Paulton and surrounding areas since the millennium when the group began with a performance of Oliver.

Their youth section, which features budding actors and actresses aged 7-17, are pleased to announce their upcoming production of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.

For those unfamiliar with the story, Charlie Bucket is a boy living in poverty with his parents and grandparents. They live in a town that is home to a famous chocolate factory.

Charlie is one of five children who win admission to tour the mysterious chocolate factory, led by its owner Willy Wonka.

All tickets cost £6 per person and show dates and times are Friday 26th July at 7.30pm, Saturday, July 27 at 12.30pm and 7.30pm. The production will be shown at Paulton Rovers Social Club, BS39 7RF.

Paulton Amateur Dramatics aim to produce two to three productions a year, including a Pantomime and children's show from PADs Youth group.
