BBQ lovers won’t have to wait much longer for the arrival of Nomad’s which has confirmed its anticipated new restaurant will open in Midsomer Norton in early March.
Earlier this month, Nomad’s announced it will be moving into a new location in Midsomer Norton’s New Market Square. Now, the chain has confirmed a ‘soft’ opening from March 2, starting with 30–40 portions per day to manage the anticipated high demand following the announcement.
The restaurant will open full-time the following week, serving as a deli from 10am – 2pm and as a takeaway from 4pm – 9.30pm each day. Customers can expect Nomad’s signature slow-smoked meats, including brisket and pulled pork, along with a selection of freshly made sides.
Nomad’s BBQ will take over the site formerly occupied by The Crazy Greek restaurant, located at number six Market Square. With its reputation for bold flavours and expertly smoked meats, the new town centre location is set to become a go-to spot for BBQ enthusiasts.
The Nomad’s team has been preparing for the launch to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for their customers.
Jake Hillier, the owner of Nomad’s BBQ, said: “We’re really excited to finally open our doors and show the town what we’ve got.
“This new space gives us the chance to bring our barbecue to more people, but also to showcase some incredible local artisan foods.
“We’ve been exploring some amazing produce from independent makers and we can’t wait to offer them in the shop alongside our own smoked meats. It’s all about great food and supporting other passionate food makers.”
