PERSIMMON Homes Severn Valley has announced the promotion of Nick Lloyd to commercial director designate

In his new role Nick will oversee the commercial operations and the day-to-day management of the commercial team in Severn Valley, covering Bristol, Somerset, South Gloucestershire, and Stroud.

Nick joined Persimmon Severn Valley 14 years ago and has worked as a quantity surveyor, senior surveyor and chief surveyor in that time. Prior to Persimmon, Nick worked at Morgan Sindall special projects and other PLC developers such as Redrow and Barratt Homes.

Nick said: “I am delighted to start my new role as commercial director. This is a really exciting time for the business and as a five-star housebuilder we are continuing to put customer experience, sustainability, and affordability at the heart of what we do.”
