North Somerset's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
But drivers will be able to take some solace in the fact that all of them are only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that six closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• M5, from 8pm January 13 to 6am January 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 20 to junction 19, lane closure for horticultural works.
• M5, from 8pm January 13 to 6am January 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 20 exit slip, lane closure for barrier works.
• M5, from 9pm January 13 to 6am January 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 19 to 18, lane closures for structure maintenance.
• M5, from 8pm January 14 to 6am January 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 19 entry slip, lane closures for barrier works.
• M5, from 8pm January 14 to 6am January 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 20 to junction 19, lane closure for horticultural works.
• M5, from 8pm January 15 to 6am January 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 both directions, junction 21 exit and entry slips, lane closures for electrical works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
