North Somerset's motorists will have three road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing a holdup of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that three closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• M5, from 8pm December 11 to 6am December 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 both directions, junction 18 to 19, lane closures for for electrical works.
• M5, from 9pm December 13 to 6am December 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 20 to junction 22 lane closure for inspections.
• M5, from 9pm December 16 to 6am December 17, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 19 entry Slip closure for electrical work, diversion M5 southbound to junction 20 and return.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
