Mendip Seconds travelled to Yeovil at the weekend in the terrible conditions of storm Dennis to face Yeovil and Sherbourne Seconds who were two places above Mendip in the table.
The side lost 5–2, but Mendip continue their league campaign with a home match against local rivals, Frome, and with both teams level on points, it is set to be a close game.
The Ladies Thirds earned a 2–2 draw against Cheddar, with goals from Maddy Collins and Carol Holmes.
The Men’s A team contin- ued their great form with a 4–0 win at home to Firebrand.
