PAULTON Rovers play at home to Barnstaple Town in the Premier Division of the Jewson Western Football League on Saturday, August 10 (3p.m.).

Rovers, who beat Bashley 2-1 at home in the FA Cup last Saturday, have taken three points from their opening two league games.

They beat Nailsea & Tickenham 3-2 at home on the opening day of the season, but lost 3-1 away to Street the following Tuesday.

Meanwhile Welton Rovers, who have lost both their opening fixtures in the Western League and have also been knocked out of the FC Cup, have a match on Saturday away to Bridgwater United, one of the fancied sides for promotion.
