MIDSOMER Norton have a top of the table clash away to Minehead Barbarians in Counties Two Somerset on Saturday, November 30.
The visitors have a seven-point lead over second-placed Minehead, both sides having played the same number of matches.
Minehead struggled in their last match to beat Old Bernadettes Old Boys away, a team which lost 143-0 to Midsomer Norton at the beginning of the month.
However, Midsomer Norton can expect a tough game at Minehead because the West Somerset side are a difficult side to beat on their own ground.
“The lads know how to play the pitch, whereas Midsomer Norton may take some time in getting use to it,” said Minehead’s head coach Mick Orton.
“We had quite a few players unavailable for the game against St Bernadettes. I’m expecting some of these to be back in the side.
“Unavailability has been our biggest problem this season, especially away from home. We were far from full strength against St Bernadettes.”
Avon, who are only two points behind Minehead, are home to fourth-placed Clevedon.
